This project in Streetly involved a complete transformation of an existing commercial unit into a high-end aesthetic clinic, designed to reflect a modern, calm and premium environment for both clients and practitioners.

The works began with a full strip out, taking the space back to shell to allow for a complete redesign and reconfiguration. From here, we carefully built the space back up, focusing on both functionality and a strong, cohesive aesthetic.

A key feature of the project is the use of polished concrete finishes throughout, creating a clean and contemporary feel. This was complemented by bespoke brass feature elements, adding warmth and contrast to the space. The reception area was designed around a custom polished concrete desk, forming a striking focal point on arrival.

We also installed built-in shelving units, seamlessly integrated into the structure to provide both display and storage while maintaining the minimal, architectural look of the clinic.

The layout was reworked to include fully fitted treatment rooms, each designed to offer privacy, comfort and a professional working environment. In addition, a staff kitchen area was incorporated to support day-to-day operations.

Every detail of this project was delivered with precision, balancing durability with a refined finish to create a space that not only looks exceptional but functions perfectly for a busy clinic environment.
