This project marked a significant milestone for Cornerstone Build Projects.

Originally the site was home to an existing property which was fully demolished to make way for a complete rebuild and full property remodel. From the ground up, every element of this home has been carefully designed and constructed to create a modern, functional family space while maintaining a timeless exterior.

The new build features a traditional red brick finish paired with contemporary detailing, delivering a property that sits comfortably within its surroundings while offering all the benefits of modern living.

Internally, the layout has been completely reimagined. The home now benefits from a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space with direct access to the garden through bi-fold doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. High-quality finishes run throughout, from bespoke joinery and staircase detailing to modern bathrooms and carefully considered lighting.

This was a full end-to-end project, including demolition, groundwork, structural build, and complete interior fit-out – all delivered with a focus on quality, detail, and long-term durability.
