Designed to create more space for a young growing family.

This project involved a full loft conversion in Aldridge, transforming the property into a three-storey home. The existing roof was completely removed and replaced with a new structural system using attic trusses, allowing us to create a full third floor.

The new space has been designed to accommodate additional bedrooms and a family bathroom for the children, making the home far more practical as the family grows.

Dormer windows were constructed to maximise both head height and natural light, while fire doors were installed throughout the property to ensure the home complies with building regulations required for a three-storey property.

A major structural transformation that has added both valuable living space and long-term functionality to the home.
